Versa not receiving call/text notifications

Hi, I’ve noticed since upgrading from Blaze to  versa that the ‘notification’ section does not work as well. Or do I have a faulty versa? It does not notify when a call or text msg comes in, phone in pocket and versa on wrist. (Or even on bench next to me) I have vibrate set to strong. Does anyone have any advice, please?

Hi,
I have an iPhone XR, I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions
mentioned in the help section. Previously, Sometimes if the msg had
appeared on my Fitbit, I did not feel it vibrate. I’m my line of work I
can’t always be checking my phone, so it’s handy to be able to see/ know
I’ve had msg or call via Fitbit wrist watch. Very annoying now, it’s not as
reliable as my Blaze was. Is this a known flaw in the versa? Or do I have a
faulty unit?
