Versa is not charging

Hi 

 

I am trying to charge my Versa and it's not charging. No vibration , nothing on the screen

Hi @MonicaPanpalia, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not taking a charge.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email in order to follow up and provide a solution. Please keep an eye on your email account.
