Versa is not getting text messages

I got a versa and I’m not getting my text messages to the watch.  It lets me know when someone is calling my phone but no notification for text messages.

@Michelle1979, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not receiving text messages.

 

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
