Versa is not providing accurate GPS data

This has happened before, but then I wasn't sure if I had it all connected properly. This time I was careful...so I thought. Fitbit does not create an accurate map of my workout in the Fitbit App. Location services and Bluetooth are on. My Versa was connected to my phone. I selected walking for my activity, started the activity on my Versa and everything was good to go. I get home, end activity and no map. What happened?  I love my Versa and would like to use it to it full potential

Hi @MsDetVersa, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa has not provided accurate GPS data. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
