Hi!
i currently purchased my new versa 2 and installed it with my iPhone 8 (iOS 13.5.1). Everything seems to be working just fine. However, my WhatsApp notifications aren’t being shown on my Fitbit. The Fitbit app shows that I should be receiving notifications on my versa 2 but it just isn’t working.
I already tried everything I could find on this forum: re-install the app, turn off Bluetooth and restart my iPhone, turn off notifications - synchronise - turn of Fitbit etc etc...
Is there anything else I could try? I would really like to receive those WhatsApp notifications on my Fitbit, all the other notifications work just fine...

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi. Please follow these steps
1. open Fitbit app on your phone
2. Tap on the profile icon on top left corner
3. Tap on Versa 2
4. Tap on ‘Notifications’
5. Tap on ‘App Notifications’ then turn on apps you want to receive notification from on your Fitbit
