I have brand new Versa (today 19/10/18)
i can receive text and notification of a missed call. The band doesn’t vibrate or anything when the phone rings. I have done everything that all forum posts suggest to no avail. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and all software is up to date.
What next?

I have the same problem with my Samsung S7 edge and versa watch. Before every notification worked fine and suddenly it stopped sending calls to the watch. When you open the notification page in the app, you'll see the "on" button change so I think it's there in saving our choices that the problem is situated. In other topics the same problem is mentioned and fitbit isn't helping. They always
answer to check the list with compatible phones but the S7 and S7 edge are compatible so everything should work. I am getting quite frustrated in Fitbit

My thought would be to check oermissperm, not knowing the phones OS I suggest checking the Fitbit help docs.

Hello @CatRy, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's great to see to you too @SuzyQ3, I hope you're doing well. Thanks for all your help @Rich_Laue, I appreciate it.
@CatRy and @SuzyQ3, thanks for taking the time to report this situation and let us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Please note that Notifications skip or stop occasionally for several reasons that don't suggest a problem with your device or the Fitbit app, which is why I would like to ask you to check the following:
If you've reviewed the list above and can't get notifications to work, please try the following:
I hope this can be helpful, please give these steps a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @MarcoGFitbit,
I checked already several times all the mentioned causes and did all the suggested solutions over and over (again just now), but still I don't get call notifications on my versa, not even the test call. I do get all the other notifications and the missed call notifications. It worked fine before with the same phone and settings (compatible phone S7 Edge, Android 8.0.0, Fitbit firmware 32.32.10.15), I even could take calls with my watch. Nothing has changed in my phone except when I open the Fitbit app, tap the device picture and go to Notifications, the button next to calls switches "on". I think that when I close the tab it changes back into "Off" but I can't see it because it changes back "On" every time I open the tab. There are several people here who mention the same "switch" every time they open the notification tab. I hope Fitbit finds a solution for our problems with the call notifications because it worked fine before and I really would like it to work again.

My call notifications were not working on my versa 2, (i would get a missed call notification) everthing else did work (texts & calendar). Make sure your clock on your phone snd clock on your fitbit are the same, once i did that i started receiving the call notifications. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. I hope this helps someone else!!

Thank you! This worked for me. I have tried everything for the last 2 weeks, but nothing worked until I saw your post. My daughter sent me my first Fitbit the day before Thanksgiving and I was at my wits end as far as what other steps to take.I never thought that something as simple as making sure that the times were the same would fix the problem. Again, thank you!

I recently had this issue with my Versa Lite and did install latest update followed all steps mentioned in Fit bit community.
There is easy Fix to this Problem which accidentally i bumped on the solution which worked and should be included in FitBit KB.
On Versa Lite just Press Push Button on device for few Seconds and screen will popup showing Scrren Wake-up time and Notifications which you need to enable.... Viola..u r back in life...
