I cannot get my Fitbit to sync with text messages. I can see incoming calls only.I have tried watching numerous videos online and can’t seem to get it to work, I have an iPhone 7. I have had this since Christmas and just put up with it, however now watch strap has also split I am thinking it’s just faulty. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

Hi @samljo, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the text notifications and strap issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via social media and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.

Thank you, yes I have resolved the problem with the strap now via social media. I am still struggling to get messages/notification on my fitbit versa 2 can you help please?
