Hi. I purchased the Versa a year ago mainly because it received texts. It stopped receiving texts in September and I’ve tried every single thing that’s listed to troubleshoot from all of the forums on here multiple times a month already. I have an iPhone X that’s up to date and my Fitbit is up to date. I need some help as I’m getting frustrated with not being able to find a solution.

@Aramos2, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa has stopped receiving text notifications. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to check out Kate's post which explains more information about this issue and also provides some tips that you can try in the meantime.
