Since installing the update on the watch, it no longer recognises my workouts and I cannot manually load the workouts on. It just shuts down each time. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled to no avail.
Help please.

Hi @Fayzee54, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't recognize your workouts and you can't load the workouts manually. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, I'd like you to check and follow the steps listed in this help page, which explains how you can track your workouts with your Fitbit device.
