One thing I’ve noticed in the last few weeks is my Versa 2/Fitbit app isn’t monitoring my sleep properly, specifically when I wake up properly and start my day.
for example, today 6/7/20, I woke up at 915am but it wasn’t until 10am that it registered that I’d finished sleeping, leaving 45 minutes of awake time at the end of it.
Whatever update you’ve done recently clearly isn’t working!

Hi @Dobby3010, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 is not tracking and recording your sleep data properly. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep.
Finally, monitor your Versa 2 for the next 48 hours and see if it provides accurate sleep data.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hey I’m having the same problem with the latest update, 72.1.9. I turn my iPhone and Fitbit off regularly but noticed this issue again lately. For example today I woke up at 1040 but didn’t check my phone til 1120 and it logged those 40 mins as awake for my sleep cycle.
what also doesn’t make sense is when I edit it to remove the awake part is my sleep score goes down!?
