@Adaboo, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touch screen stopped working. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed. After this, check out if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

I tried changing clock face but touch screen still doesn't work...    I've only had this Versa for 8 months!  I also have to charge it every other day.

I'm having the same issue...

Only been using my Fitbit versa lite for about a month.

-Yesterday, touch stopped responding and could not end my work out. I synced with my phone and it seemed to work again.

-This morning, screen not responding again, I turned Fitbit off/on and it would respond to touch for some swipes, not all.

-Checked a couple hours later, and it hasn't responded to any touch(except taps to turn on screen) since, despite Fitbit restarts, phone&Bluetooth restarts refreshed syncs...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After I did all the troubleshooting they suggested, changed clock face,
disconnected and reconnected to app, held down all combinations of buttons,
etc... I started a chat with fitbit and they determined that since mine was
only 7 months old they would replace it, I should receive the new one soon,
it's supposed to take about a week to 10 days to arrive.

I've been using the same clock face for almost 2 years and suddenly this is an issue...I have switched to a "fitbit" clockface and now the left side buttons no longer work.

I had the same clock face since right after I got it last summer, and it
suddenly stopped working. Changing the clock face did nothing for me, but
since it was suggested I left it on the fitbit one. My touchscreen wasn't
working before or after changing the clock face, but after none of the
buttons on either side worked, and I was unable to sync most of the time,
although on the 2nd day it did sync even though the watch screen remained
black.

I was fortunate that this happened within the warranty period so they are
replacing it, hopefully the new one will last longer.

Sorry you're having these issues after only 2 years, for the price, these
things should last a lot longer!

@Nchenell Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Regarding the touch screen issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me now how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime,I would like you to try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps that are described in this help article.

See you later.
