Versa is not synching to my Android device

My Fitbit versa gave problem in synching from starting. But use to get fine after unpairing, or deleting cache files or restarting system etc. I have done all but this time it won't sync to my Android device. Please help.

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

I have the same issue. I have a Samsung Note 8, which is a supported device.
