Versa is not syncing steps in challenges

My device will not sync my steps in challenges.

@KKINDROW Hello and welcome!  I would uninstall the Fitbit app from your phone and reinstall it, then see if it will appropriately sync again.  Let me know if that works!

@KKINDROW Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't sync your steps in the challenges.
