After several days of losing steps, it began tracking steps again. However, it has not been tracking sleep or active minutes since 6/6/2020.

Hi @Sonjadb, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa stopped tracking your sleep and active minutes data.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
