Versa is not tracking sleep properly

My Fitbit versa is not tracking my sleep properly. It is giving me simplified details. I’ve tried restarting, did the update, it is tracking my heart rate on a day-to-day basis. Bluetooth is on, I’m wearing it correctly, so I can’t figure out the problem.

Hi @stephsouth, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not tracking your sleep properly. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if it tracks your sleep properly.

Hi,
I tried to factory reset my Fitbit, and it still did not track my sleep properly. Is there anything else I can do?
