My new Versa randomly vibrates. No messages, or calls are coming in. Also not set to vibrate to remind me to move.

I found the answer, it's a background update that literally shreds battery life until it's downloaded. You have to sync as often as you can otherwise it takes forever to complete. Once you have it downloaded it will prompt to install and you'll be set.
Not working for me
I did an update and did not help
This started happening to me around September 2021. The random vibrations were so frequent that it was keeping me up at night. I finally stopped wearing my Fitbit altogether because it was driving me crazy! Any Fitbit moderators out there to help me? This is my 3rd Fitbit, I keep buying them because I love them, but it's certainly not worth losing sleep over!
Best AnswerI'm late to assist at all, and I haven't a good answer but my versa 2 started doing this since I changed from Iphone to a Samsung (A14) a few weeks ago. Drives me batty. Anyhow I have found that if i put the fitbit on Do Not Disturb it stops it. I believe it's caused by a blue tooth sync issue with the sony phone and each time it syncs to it it does that one second vibration and the screen lights and turns off. Do Not disturb on the fitbit itself has stopped the vibration for me but then you won't get notifications. I also originally did a factory reset to get my fitbit to link to my samsung phone and have seen other forum issues with the fitbit and samsung phones (differing models). My versa 2 never had an issue with this until I switched the phone a few weeks ago.
