Versa is showing the wrong time

I have owned my Versa for 3 years now and I live in a Central Standadrd Time Zone. This past Sunday, my Versa turned it's time back one hour on it's own, and I can't get it to change back to the proper time. For instance, if its 12pm on everything else, (phone system, app) the Versa displays 11am. How do I get this to change back to the correct time?

Hi there, @Evilyon. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is showing the wrong time.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, did you already sync your Fitbit device? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Since you've recently recharge it, maybe your Inspire 3 just needs to sync to update the time.

If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Let us know if you need further help!

Hi @Evilyon - it looks like it is not syncing with the correct time and there are several possibilities.

In the Fitbit, App settings toggle off/on automatic time zone and sync.

Also try changing to another time zone and sync and change back again and sync.

Lastly try changing clock face.
