This is my second Fitbit versa after Fitbit replaced my first one for the same issue. It's becoming a joke when there going to realise there firmware has courses so much issues. And other smart watch would have done another update. Everything is syncing a part from my sleep dont't no what else to do. I have tried unpairing it from phone but still doesn't work tried turning all off still doesn't work.i have paid £230 quid for a watch that doesn't work properly.

@smith94 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't detecting your sleep. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an our hour of inactivity so if you have light sleep or difficulties falling sleep then this may make tracking it difficult for your Versa. I suggest you wear your tracker on your non dominant hand but select that hand as dominant on the settings to make your device a little less sensitive to movement. You can find additional suggestions here.
