Hi, your phone is not in the lists of supported devices by Fitbit yet, however this does not mean that I will not work with the Versa. See message 2 with suggestions about this syncing problem in this topic: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Pairing-Samsung-G7-to-Versa/td-p/3395720. Good luck!!

I am having the same problem with my Versa.  I am beyond frustrated with Fitbit & the Versa.  I am currently training for a triathlon since January & rely on this heavily but for the last 3 days it will not sync with my phone at all.  My phone is a Moto G6 & it was synced with this phone for the past 6 months with no issues until a few days ago.  I know my wifi is working too because my wireless headphones connect with no problem.  I have tried resetting the wifi and also doing a manual reset of the Versa several times with no luck.  I should note this is my second Versa that Fitbit replaced because the first one went completely dead after a swimming laps at the pool.  I seriously think I am done with Fitbit products even though I have had many different models over the years & will be moving on to a Garmin which most other athletes seem to have instead.

So i was able to fix mine

And it seems it was my phone bluetooth

Bcuz when i tried to connect to my car  it started acting weird like there is some glitches in the song i was listening to ...

So i googled to see if Huawei had bluetooth issues and it seems it does ...

Not sure if i am allowed  to post the tink from another website but i went to setting -apps-system apps and clicked on bluetooth - storage --clear cache data .

The poster advised to delete all paired devices just to start fresh so i did

And it works now hopefully i want have the same issue again

UPDATE:

Thanks for ur help ..but it turned out it was my phone for now or at least this is what it seems

Hello @jjgarr thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @myzone, I hope you're doing well. Thanks for your help @SunsetRunner. 🙂

@jjgarr and @myzone, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Thanks for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Please note the Huawe Mate 9 and the LG G6 have already been added to the list of compatible devices. If you're still having trouble syncing your Versa, please check the following steps:

  • Make sure the latest version of the Fitbit app is installed on your phone.
  • The software on your mobile device is up to date. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around as they might interfere with the syncing process
  • Check that your Fitbit device's battery isn't critically low.

If your device still won't sync, try these steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  3. Open the Fitbit app.
  4. If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app.
  6. If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart it.
  7. If your Fitbit device won't sync after the restart, log in to your Fitbit account on a different phone, tablet, or computer and try to sync.
  8. If your Fitbit device still doesn’t sync, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your mobile device and try to sync.

Give these steps a try and let us know the outcome!
