Versa is unresponsive

my versa has the fitbit logo displayed. I have tried over a dozen times to factory reset and it will not. Also, the red sensor light is not coming on.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa and the steps that you've tried on your own. Since this shouldn't be happening, I went to check your details with our Support team and I was told that you've created a case with them and they've provided you with assistance. Apparently they sent you an email with more details, so make sure to check your inbox.
