I have entered two different time zones and the watch doesn't understand. What to do?

Welcome @ogmac, it's great to see new faces.
Could you please tell me where did you enter the 2 time zones? In the meantime, if you want to change your timezone, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
Let me know the outcome.

This is an issue that Fitbit needs to resolve. Everytime I travel I spend valuable time trying to find a solution so that I can see the correct time on my Fitbit - pretty basic. I’m in New York now, have followed all the numerous bits of advice, still not syncing the new time. Two hours wasted - unacceptable. In Italy I resorted to changing the location but that’s not the best solution as the language also changes. Come on Fitbit, get your act together or say that the Versa doesn’t work in different time zones!

I agree. This happens to me as well. I live on the east coast, but I'm on the west coast now, and still can't get the Versa to show the right time. Syncing is not the solution. Neither is turning the Versa off and on. Anybody know how to fix this?
