Hey @Mklop, welcome aboard! Don't you worry, I suggest you to try the following to make your Versa tracks your steps and fix syncing issues:
- Restart your Versa by following these instructions
- Reboot the Bluetooth on your phone
- Reboot your phone
- Log out/log in to your Fitbit account
- Force sync your watch
Let me know the outcome!
Best AnswerMy app on the phone is registering my steps but my Versa shows 0 steps. I have shut off my watch, rebooted the WIFI on my phone, rebooted my phone and force sync but it is still showing 0 steps. Any ideas?

Hello @TVagts, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. ![]()
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment if your Versa is not showing steps but the steps are showing in the app Dashboard, it's possible the issue is related to the clock-face you're currently using, which is why I would like to suggest you change the clock-face (preferably a Fitbit clock-face) and check if the Versa shows steps. If it does, change the clock-face back to the one you currently have and check again. If the steps are counting 0 again, my best recommendation is to contact the developer of the clock-face via the Fitbit app and let them know about this issue.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hey @TVagts, welcome aboard! Let me ask you this, can you see your distance, calories burned, heart rate, etc., or are they showed as zero too? If only your steps are displayed as zero, but when you sync it, all your data appears there and accurate, please change the clock face that you currently have and of course, sync your watch. If the steps are still showing as zero, let me know.
I'll be around!
Best AnswerHello! My Versa Lite isn’t recording steps. I’ve restarted the watch and my phone, changed the clock face, done the forced sync, and reconnected to both WiFi and Bluetooth and nothing is showing up for the steps. I also can’t get a heart rate reading on the watch but it does show up on the app. No steps are showing up on the app or watch. I’ve had it for two weeks. I feel like it’s too new to be having these issues.
