My Fitbit Versa screen is unresponsive. I purchased it over a month ago, so I was unable to return it to the store. I’ve tried restarting it and resetting it. Is there another solution that I could try?

I suggest getting in touch with customer support. They'll walk you through a couple different fixes and if they don't work, you can get it replaced for free since you'll still be under warranty by fitbit.
