I don't know what to do. I received some notifications but since 4 days my Versa is not reeving any notification. I tried it all. To delete the app (i have a Galaxy S8), reinstall the app, to restart the Versa, to connect and disconnect to the Bluetooth and i don't know what to do anymore.
It's syncing all information from the Versa to the phone but not from the phone to the Versa.
Please help me!

Have you checked the Versa to see if notifications are turned on?
Hold in the left button, you might then need to swipe left, check is notifications are turned on.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this notifications issue. If this feature isn't working with your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provided there.
