After receiving my Versa in december 2019 I was very pleased to see it registered my Sleep Score on a regular basis (mostly 5 out of 7 days). But now for the last couple of weeks I only get basic sleep stats. I haven't made any changes to my Fitbit, still wearing it on the same wrist. I have been trouble shooting with the suggestions mentioned in What should I know about sleep stages?
Is there anything else I can try before contacting Fitbit support?

I am already in contact with Fitbit support to see if it's possible to get my Sleep Score back.
