Versa isn't syncing

I am trying to update the leaderboard via the Fitbit app for my Versa. It has popped up several times stating: "Unable to connect to Versa, Error connecting with Versa. Please make sure your Fitbit is nearby and turned on and then please try again". Versa is on, and right next to my phone.

 

Any insight?

If you are having issues updating your information because your Versa isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
