My Fitbit hasn't synced since the 2nd of Oct, it says its on all day sync but its just not working. Also the app says my batteries low even when its fully charged.

The battery level on the app shows the level when it last synced so once you get the syncing going again that should sort itself out.

I would like to know if you keep having issues syncing your Versa? Have the instructions provided by our friend worked?

I just received my Fitbit Versa yesterday. It synced when I set it up but has not synced since. I have restarted the phone and the device multiple times, I have turned the bluetooth on and off several times. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I can't get my Versa to sync.

I had problems with mine. I was using a clock face not developed by Fitbit. Since changing to one Fitbit developed, I have not had this problem.
