Versa isn't syncing

My Versa stopped syncing to my phone yesterday. I have tried resetting my Versa, I have tried disconnecting the Bluetooth, I have deleted the app and reinstalled, I have rebooted my phone, I have installed the updates for both app and phone. My app "finds" my Versa, but won't go past "connecting to tracker". How do I fix this issue?

I have resolved this issue myself...

Go into the versa itself, go to the settings icon, go to about, manually shut down device. Wait about 15 seconds and then push any button to restart. I was able to reinstall my device onto the app within about 5 minutes.
