Versa isn't syncing

Hi, I followed the instructions for sync the Versa to my iPhone and still I cannot! Sometimes, if it is plug, it sync, what can I do?

UPDATE: I deactivated the Fitbit to re-do the setup, and now, even though it found the tracker, it cannot connect it to the phone.

I am having the same issue connecting with a new fit bit it it even showing up the wring time
