Versa issues

I've had ongoing issues with 2 versas (yes, I bought two, hoping that it was a fluke that one didn't work)
It doesn't track sleep (supposedly I've slept 2.5 hours in the past 10 days).
I no longer get notifications to walk (yes, they are turned on, no, my phone is not on silent)
I occasionally get message notifications, but only about once a week.
My hours of 250 steps are incorrect...
My heart rate rarely registers, and when it does, it seems very high.

Yes, I've done all the troubleshooting, Yes, I've reset it, done the downloads, followed all the suggestions regarding resetting watch faces and everything else...
Now it seems i"m past the return time (because I was waiting for a fix) so I've spent $460 on two devices that won't do what my Alta used to do perfectly.

I'm ridiculously unhappy with this product.  And yes, I guess it's my own fault for trusting when all of my other posts were met with "it's fixed, it will be fine.  I kept thinking that eventually it would be fixed.

I certainly will not recommend this watch to anyone, and will be telling anyone who asks exactly what I think of it.
Also I'm really pleased that this post was marked as spam the first time I posted it.
I guess legitimate issues are not allowed to be discussed on this forum??

@Skyybluepurple  Contact Fitbit via twitter so you can speak with someone and hopefully get your glitches sorted. They’ve been responsive whenever I’ve contacted them that way.

Keep your receipts and maybe send it to them on twitter (in DM) with a list of all the things you’ve tried to rectify it and all the issues you’re having.

hope It all gets sorted whether that’s your money back or watches that work.

Good luck.

@Skyybluepurple what phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Yes, I'm using the Google Pixel XL.

The most frustrating part is that the functions work... occasionally.  So I know it's compatible, and it CAN work... which is why I keep hoping that eventually they will get the bugs worked out.  I LOVE this watch, when it works.
But it only works sometimes, partially, and that's annoying.
