Versa issues

3rd time this month problem - this time nothing seems to work.  Started by being off by 5 minutes in the morning & by the end of day it was off by 45 minutes.  It also wouldn't sync with app.  Tried multiple times turning bluetooth on/off, phone on/off, delete app, install app, reset Fitbit, sync Fitbit. Holding left & right button(s) - nothing happens - won't even turn on.
