I purchased my fitbit versa about 2 1/2 years ago. Within the first year it broke down 3 times where it wouldn't even turn on. Thank goodness it was under warranty and they replaced it. It has now been 18 months from my last replacement and the battery only last for 24 hours and the heart rate monitor stopped working. I called their customer service to see if this could be repaired and was advised there is nothing they can do since it is no longer under warranty and they do not offer repairs. They advised the only thing I can do is buy a new one and they can offer me a small discount for my new purchase. This is sad, you spend so much on a product that doesn't last and there is nothing they can do to help. Anyone else have this issue any recommendations?

Hi @Robingeary,
Do you have your Versa on All Day Sync?

How is that set up? I do not want it on all day sync.
