Heart Rate Monitor

The green leds are not working on my fitbit versa 2 it therefore is not recording my heart rate, any help very much appreciated.

I have restarted several times, switched the heart rate off and on several times and even carried out a factory restore.

If under 12 months since last purchase, just submit a warranty request. 

The fitbit's are notorious for their heart rate sensors to fail. 

I had the versa 2. Heart Rate sensor, lights and everything about heart rate has been plucked out of this watch. Its now a nice digital watch and step/sleep tracker.

Thank you, it's older than 12 months sadly and sleep tracker isn't working either.

There’s a large group of us with the exact same issue that happened around the exact same time and fitbit has been gaslighting us saying it’s device specific and offering us 35% off a new watch.

Thank you, I am some what surprised as it is still in warranty and they are going to replace it.
