My versa is a tad over a year old. Been working great. It just quit. Black screen, won't charge (charged to 98% this morning), does not sync to app. Really not happy about this!! How do I resolve? Tried to reboot but it is completely non-responsive.

I just had exactly the same thing happen - sudden drain in battery, now won't charge. 1 year and 1 month after purchase. Contacted customer service after 3 days of trying to get it to work. Sorry, out of warranty, but you can get 25% off another device ( that will frustrate you with it's quirks and then quit working in year). I passed.
