Fitbit Versa charge not holding

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, noticed that my Versa went to black screen yesterday afternoon. So did a reset turning it off, but then it wouldn’t turn back on. So have had it charging in its cradle for the rest of that day and it’s 100%, but literally as soon as I remove it, it depletes to 0%. Then nothing until I put it back into its charging cradle which then shows it as 100% again.

Please help, so frustrating after also having problems with a charge 2 previously 😢🙁

Hi @Rach50K  If your Versa is working correctly when it is on charge, then try a factory reset (settings app and scroll to About)

Please come back if that doesnt fix it

Hi, I went into the Fitbit settings whilst it was still in its charging cradle and did a factory reset. Now it’s not showing any charge at all and I can’t get it to turn on or show as charged whilst in the cradle.

My phone app is showing it as fully charged but I have a black screen and it’s not WiFi connected either 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:

Please help

Hi, I have my purchase receipt and this Versa was bought 9/1/19, so it’s only just made it to 6 months which is pretty disappointing to be fair. I’ve followed all care tips and looked after it accordingly. I did notice that the screen display was dimmer than usual for about a week before the issues started yesterday. It was also a Fitbit approved watch face that was installed on the device.
