Versa just showing FitBit logo

My Versa screen keeps showing the FitBit logo, going black, and then showing the logo again. I can't get any other screen. I have tried holding the buttons down to do a reset, but I don't know if that's even working because it just shows the FitBit logo and then repeats the cycle. 

 

I suspect I'll need to contact customer support and just get sent a new watch, but the hours are limited because of covid. Does anyone know when you are able to get in touch with customer support? Or have any other suggestions to get the watch working?

Mine has been doing this randomly for about a week now. Happens in the middle of the night and randomly vibrates as it’s happening so it has been waking me up as well. Contacted the online customer support a few days ago and got it working again by holding down the left & bottom right buttons... tried that this morning but could not get it to work for almost an hour, guess I need to contact them again. Only had my Versa 8 months!
