Versa keeps freezing.

Will not scroll.  Will not switch screens. Will not scroll up, down or side to side.  Time is correct and it is tracking steps and heart rate.  Have reset multiple times and have done a factory reset multiple times.  Am using a Fitbit approved clock and screen.
