I’ve followed advice given to others here, reinstalled, re-paired, it worked for 2 days. Back to square one, did a triathlon on Sunday, swim didn’t record, bike ride and run either. I’m getting tired of reinstalling, had Versa for a month and I’m now ready to return it. Has anyone been able to resolve similar issues with connectivity for good?
I'm in the same boat. My Versa worked great until about a week ago. Mine will show "Connected" when starting a run and after about 10 second after putting away my phone it shows "Connecting". It reconnects when I turn back on my phone. This really shouldn't be that hard Fitbit. This is your main function!!
