Versa keeps restarting during the sync process

My Versa tracker has started acting in an erratic fashion of late. Previously, it would sync up just fine by itself, but now it does not do that anymore. Also, a manual request to sync causes the process to hang about halfway thru and then the Versa tracker just restarts and the process begins again from the beginning, and this just keeps repeating over and over again. Sometimes the tracker has to be shutdown and restarted again multiple times before the "problem" rectifies itself. Can someone please explain this behavior and how to get around it - It is quite frustrating to have to repeat the process and having to shutdown and restart just to have the sync happen - especially when previously it would happen quite seamlessly.

Hi, except for the Versa restarting during syncing, I sometimes have the same problem that the syncing process hangs halfway as can be seen in the Dashboard of the Fitbit app. The way I solve it usually is to shutdown the Fitbit app on my phone, restart my phone, start Fitbit app again and press the sync icon. So, it does not always have to be the Versa's problem. Strange though is that your Versa restarts by itself. Give it a try and see if this solves your problem too.

I am also having this problem.  However, I also had recently started using the Pandora app and downloaded some stations to my Versa.  Around that time, my Versa stopped syncing with the app, however it didn't have the restarting issue it is now having.  That only started happening this morning when I tried taking time to sync the app and the Versa.  I am using Windows Mobile (Lumia 950XL).  All was working perfectly until about 10 days ago, so this is quite frustrating.
