Versa keeps restarting- touch screen unresponsive

I’ve had my Versa since May. This morning when I woke up I realized my silent alarm had not gone off. My Versa was just showing the Fitbit logo. It was fully charged, so I knew battery life was not the issue. I tried restarting with no success. It would show the time & step count but the touch screen was unresponsive. It would then go blank and the Fitbit logo would show up again. After several cycles of this, I attempted a hard reset to factory settings twice- following instructions precisely- but it wouldn’t reset. It’s still just cycling through showing the logo and then the home screen. Help!

Ifnitnis not coming out of its hissy fit after a factory reset or two you will need to contact Support (link in my signature). I hope it can be revived.
