My 4 month old versa isn't syncing properly. Not keeping time either. I've done a manufacturer reset. Reinstalled app on phone. Set up took almost 1 1/2 hours to complete. I love having my Fitbit and what I paid for this to have these problems so fast is just crap. Any input would be helpful.

My versa is doing the same thing and only had it since February at least my blaze didnt give me any issues i ready to sell and go to a different brand I tried all the things to fix it but still is not working have to check to make sure it synced with phone and fit bit flyer head phones what else can be done

If Fitbit can't figure out a reason for this crap and ready to give up on Fitbit altogether. May sync if in charging base if I'm lucky. I go look and time is like half hour off. For what we pay for these devices I expect better.
