Got my Versa on January at Amazon. It worked fine for 2 months until suddenly quit charging. I live in Brazil and Fitbit won´t send me anything here.I was in Europe last week and they sent me a new watch there but the new one is not charging as well. Support told me to clean the contacts on the charger again...for the 2nd time. Now I have 2 watches dead and 160 dollars in the garbage.
I have another Fitbit product (Alta HR) which is great but Versa is a terrible product. There are hundreds of complaints at the web just like mine and they still refuse to send me a replacement. If they REALLY care about the quality of their products they should send me a new charger even if I were in Mars.
It´s a shame what they have done here. I´´ll be sure to never get another Fitbit product. It would be smarter to spend more at an Applewatch. Apple knows how to respect your investment. Fitbit doesn´t cares and does not cares about hundreds of clients wit the same problem. Bad bad products.

I'm sorry to hear about this, but there are many of solutions. First, I would try to clean the Versa and the charger with some glasses cleaner. If that doesn't work, then make sure the outlet works. If it works, I would get another charger. I am sure you can get a charger from Amazon, or any other online store in Brazil. If this works please accept as a solution. Happy Stepping!!!
