Versa led lights not working

Versa isn't tracking my heart rate. I've restarted, completed a factory reset, uninstalled app, changed to clock face but still not working. Received versa 6 months ago need help.

Hi, @Pacina! Sounds like it's time to contact Fitbit Support directly. Make sure you include the steps you have already done to troubleshoot to save yourself some time.

@Pacina welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your heart rate. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

If you haven't contacted our Support team as my friend @MakMak advised, I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do this on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

 

Finally, make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight and see if your heart rate is tracked again.

Thank you, the reset did not work even after I contacted customer support.
So they are going to send me a replacement
