The sensor light on my versa lite stopped working over the past few days, last night it went off completely, it stopped reading my HR and shows the “- -“ next to the heart icon, so its not tracking my workouts, burned calories and my sleep as well. I tried shutting it down several times, turn on/off the HR option, factory reset, updating the app, chatted with a costumer representative and still not working. I was told the issue is on their side, that is not my watch but I don’t know, does anyone had the same or similar issue? Does anyone knows what to do?
