I had initially purchased a versa lite during summer 2019. Battery never lasted longer that 2 days, even though I had it in manual sync, no alarms, and my text messages and phone were not connected to fitbit to send me alerts.
Back in June 2020 the screen on my Fitbit just stopped working. After contacting customer service I was mailed a brand new device, which I was very grateful for.
This new device's battery used to last me almost a week! I was beyond myself happy with the product. However, 2 days ago the battery started draining very quickly again. I charged it last night, it's not even 11am and battery is down to 47% already.
Before anyone asks - I haven't been using my Fitbit outside my typical usage, the clock face is Fitbit made, I only have one alarm set up in there, I do not get phone notifications, and don't use it to listen to music.
I really like the product, but it is absolutely frustrating that this issue keeps occurring.

I got my versa lite October 2019 and have the exact same problem! I queried it with customer services and they sent me an email with what to do, which didn’t make a blind bit of difference! My versa has been loosing battery life since the last Fitbit update on 11th November before that I would last about 4 or 5 days. This is my second Fitbit my first was an alta that lasted 2 1/2 years until the battery packed up! Come on Fitbit get it sorted! Our Fitbit’s should die after a day or two of using them! I could understand if I was syncing all the time but I don’t, I sync 2 or 3 times a day to save the battery!

After reading a lot of the forum, it's looking like all of us versa lite owners just started having issues in the last day or 2 with battery
