After buying this almost 2 years ago battery life is terrible doesn't last but 3 days and I have everything off and I'm injured stuck sitting at home. Doesn't want to sync, doesn't want to connect to Bluetooth. What a waste of money. This is a replacement as the first one stopped working. I bought 2 of these and my girlfriends doesn't sync, time is way off ,will not connect to Bluetooth. So we are switching to a real company in Apple

Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to a recent update, if it was working before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Best AnswerPointless as they will say do a factory reset and last time I did that it didn't work anymore and had to be replaced. Sad is all I normally last 5 days and when I wasn't injured I walked 20k steps a day. Now I don't do anything an in less then 3 days its dead and yes I use the proper charging cable
