I’ve had my versa lite for almost three months and within the past two weeks the battery doesn’t last the whole day. I’ve done all the trouble shooting tips and tricks that you recommend but nothing has helped. I’ve searched all the articles and done my research and still no luck. My days often last 18/19 hours and I rely on this watch to get me through and help me track / reach my goals but It’s more of a hindrance than a help at the moment. It’s very frustrating because of the amount of time I’ve had it is so short I’m starting to think it was a waste of money.. Can someone from Fitbit help me please?

My first Versa did this, I contacted support via email who asked me to make sure I had the original clock face and reset it and it still didn't work so they sent out a new one. They were able to see that I'd charged it and it was running out, it should last 5 days to a week. I've just tried emailing support with a new issue on mine but they must have changed how you contact them, hopefully someone can advise how to contact them.
