Versa lite black screen

This morning my fitbit worked fine with a full charge the night before. 5 minutes into wearing it my screen went black but the little light in the background can still be seen. My app still syncs with it but it's not tracking anything either. I have tried to re set it several times but nothing changes. It's about a year old. Any help would be great.

Try the Restart again and do it several times if necessary. If that doesn't fix it, Contact Customer Support.
