Hello everyone!
I am having an issue where my versa lite is having a black screen and not restarting.
so far I have:

held down the side button with nothing happening.
I have changed the clock face to try and force it to show.
I have left it charging and tried the above. Nothing.
so far nothing has worked. Is there anything I can do for my Fitbit?

Sad to say didn’t have the same luck. Fitbit remains a brick so had to toss it.
no solution to my specific problem unfortunately.

I’m having a very similar issue. Black screen even though fully charged. I happened to swipe it and noticed that other “screens” seem to be working just not “home” screen. Also won’t sync with my phone app. It was fine last night!

Mine is doing the same thing. I have it charged at night and in the morning says 100% charged then when I put it on the screen is black and try to the change the clock and says now that won’t connect to my phone and the screen went black and dead

I have a similar problem. My Fitbit screen is blank.  It tries to come on then shuts off again.  Started yesterday.  Ugh.  I’ve only had it a year   Hope they offer a solution not “try looking at help”.  Already did that.

I had to plug in my fitbit to the charger and then delete the app from my phone and then re upload it and log back in and pair my fitbit back to the phone. It seems to work now but will wait and see for sure tomorrow if it really works!

Strangely enough, my watch is back to working normally today! Maybe a glitch in their system, yesterday?  Who knows!

Hi

I had the same problem. Blank screen although info on app was recorded. Followed by degradation of battery - charging daily. I contacted Fitbit help via Twitter they were very helpful.

Having a similar issue since last week too.

Did your's come right?

We have tried everything and it worked for a day or two but started giving issues again. Been frozen on the Fitbit logo for a few days and today it is just refusing to turn on. I have contacted Support on Twitter and they are trying to assist, but it seems like it has affected a lot of the devices since last week. I hope that they can sort this out. The watch is only 4 months old and my daughter is devastated.

I had to delete the app from my phone and then reupload and log back in and repair the fitbit to my phone and then it worked try that otherwise you should still have a warranty on the fitbit thats good for a year at least.

Unfortunately, it’s dead. Support had me do several things to no avail. I’m getting a replacement in the mail.

Exactly the same problem. Started today, was fine yesterday. Just out of warranty so won’t be replaced. Very frustrated!

Mine did the same thing on Sunday.  Have been communicating with Fitbit and since I am already past warranty there is nothing they can do.  Basically, too bad.  My watch is only a year and half old.  I would have expected more from Fitbit.  They did give me 35% off the next watch that I buy in the next 30 days but that was not my plan--to buy a new watch.

I hope you problems get solved and please post if they do.

Hi
I believe warranty is 2 years.

Mine was just fine until day before last. Started with some lines on the left side then black. According to the app it's still got a battery and functioning but I can't even get it to restart.

Mine was the same way--getting all info on phone but as of yesterday it won't sync anymore. Basically, it was the screen that went bad. Fitbit has not helped and said I am no longer under warranty so buy a new one. They did give me a 35% discount though. As much as I like this watch, I think it should last longer than a year and a half.
