My screen is not responding to my touch and I've let the battery run down till it's shut off and I've held in the button till it shut down. NOTHING is working.
I just chatted with them. They walked me through problem solving. They couldn't figure it out, and now they are sending me a new one. It's still under warranty. So, try that! I hope it works for you. They sent me an email, I answered a few easy questions, and it's on its way. Good luck.
